FRENDS Example CRM features a customer entity and simple file storage. You can access customers using REST, SOAP, and SQL. You access files using FTP. You can find all the details about the abovementioned protocols on their corresponding pages from the top menu bar.
Limitations
This is a public FRENDS Example CRM instance and therefore there are several limitations on its implementation.
- Customer list is reset every hour
- Customer amount cannot exceed 100
- Files are reset every hour
- File size has a few kilobyte limit
- There might be additional limitations for specific protocols
